I wish I had a more spectacular way to tell you thank you! It is wonderful to look in the mirror theses days. While I feel youthful and vibrant on the inside, I think you have made my appearance more in harmony with those feelings. I feel more confident and self assured as a result. Thank you for helping me fulfill one of my biggest wishes. It has been a long time since I have felt this good about my physical appearance. I am a fun loving, outgoing person; now I feel my new figure reflects my true inner self. Your guidance, skill, and kindness have made this an extremely easy and worthwhile process. I would like to take a minute of your time to share with you my thoughts and feelings on this journey I have taken with you. The procedure I underwent was something I have considered for about four to five years. When I first came to your office, I had done my best to educate myself on the realities of the procedure. Then, Dr. Day put everything clearly into perspective for me. Unfortunately, I had some outside forces that caused me to prolong the surgery and you and your staff understood. Finally, the time was right and you made things happen for me. Your care and concern meant everything to me during my pre-op appointment with you. Then, the morning of surgery you continued to make me feel important, worthy, and very well taken care of. Thank you! I am still on the beginning of this journey, it has only been nine days since my surgery but what an incredible difference I feel about myself. Thank you, Dr. Day. It is difficult to know where to begin in expressing my gratitude for all you've done for me. You go far beyond what is typical of you as a physician. Truly you are a kind and caring person, which in itself, is why you are so successful in your practice.
Everyone involved in my surgery from your office staff to the hospital's were wonderful. From the beginning I felt confident I was in good hands and as it turned out they were the best.
Also, I want to thank you for taking the time to talk to [my friend] about his sleep problem. You certainly didn't have to, but you did and I'm grateful for your effort. So far, it's been to no avail.
